British Columbia Women in Law Enforcement (BCWLE) is a volunteer-driven association that supports, celebrates, and empowers women working in policing and public safety across British Columbia. Through mentorship, training, recognition programs, and networking opportunities, BCWLE fosters leadership development and works to advance diversity and inclusion within law enforcement.
