30×30 Initiative

The 30×30 Initiative is an effort in the U.S. to advance and support the representation, experiences, and well-being of women in policing. Its goals include seeing women make up 30% of police recruits by 2030, and promoting strategies that improve recruitment, retention, workplace culture, and support systems.
