Interested in hosting a 30Forward presentation?

The 30Forward Team will be hosting a series of webinars and in-person presentations throughout early 2026, designed to introduce the initiative, share key findings from national research, and highlight ways to support gender equity and inclusion in policing.

These sessions offer an opportunity to:

      • Learn about the origins and goals of the 30Forward initiative.

      • Explore practical actions that support recruitment, retention, mentorship, and leadership development.

      • Hear insights from participating services and national partners.

      • Connect with peers who are advancing culture change across Canadian policing.

Whether you are an individual looking to learn more or an organization interested in bringing a session to your team, 30Forward presentations are a meaningful way to begin, or continue, the journey toward a more inclusive and representative profession.

Additional professional development opportunities, including workshops, leadership sessions, and national events, will continue to be announced as the initiative expands.
