Evidence You Can See: Research and Data Driving 30Forward

Data Dashboard (Coming Soon)
Six months after launch, 30Forward will publish Canada’s first national baseline measure of women in policing. This milestone will capture where we are today and establish the foundation for tracking progress over time. From that point forward, the Data Dashboard will be updated regularly, allowing members, agencies, and allies to see how representation is shifting, where progress is accelerating, and where barriers remain.
The interactive dashboard will live here as a transparent, evidence-based tool for members, partners, and the public. More than a collection of numbers, it will drive accountability, foster collaboration, and provide clear insights into how 30Forward is shaping a more equitable future for Canadian policing.
