30Forward members gain exclusive access to our national mentorship network, designed to connect women in policing with experienced mentors, peers, and leaders. This network provides both formal, certified mentorship opportunities and informal peer connections, giving members the flexibility to choose the type of support that fits their needs.

30Forward Mentorship Certification (Free)
The 30Forward Mentorship Certification is open to members who want to take on a structured mentorship role and earn the official 30Forward Mentor Badge. The process is simple and fully supported:

- Commit to Mentorship
- Receive a 30Forward Mentorship Certificate
The Mentorship Certification is offered at no cost. It represents the core of 30Forward’s Certified Mentorship Program. Through training, mentors and mentees develop across all three pillars, Professional Growth, Leadership, Allyship & Empowerment, and Strategic Collaboration & Community Impac. This ensures a balanced approach that drives growth, leadership, and lasting impact.
